The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the people there who has solved the problem with the first room they gave us in less than 30 minutes. Furthermore, the position is strategic if you need a staying close to the A1. We will come back soon!

Strategico e Comodo.

Struttura strategica sull’A1. Buon ristorante di fianco alla struttura con comodo parcheggio auto. Camere spaziose ma senza balconi ma silenziosisime. Tv piccola e bagno piccolo per un 4 stelle. Buona colazione.

Il mattino non sono riuscito a fare la doccia perché la caldaia era guasta e questo capisco che possa capitare.. mi sarei però aspettato uno sconto o un buono; cosa che non è arrivata. Durante la notte il climatizzatore emetteva un suono insopportabile: l’ho dovuto spegnere. Ci tornerei? No!

Viaggio di lavoro, la posizione dell’hotel è molto comoda, le camere sono nella norma la mia era un po piccola, positiva l’accoglienza alla hall molto gentili e professionali. La colazione deve essere decisamente migliorata. Manca la frutta fresca, il salato caldo, tutto il resto rimane veramente poco assortito.

Non ho potuto soggiornare per colpa del dipendente della reception del turno di notte, perché il dipendente dell'hotel è stato scortese, maleducato, arrogante e MINACCIOSO. Alle ore 1:20 am ho dovuto cercare un'altro hotel per pernottare. Ho inoltrato un'email alla struttura per essere rimborsato ma non ho avuto nessuna risposta.

Das Personal war wirklich freundlich, jedoch ließ die Sauberkeit des Zimmers zu wünschen übrig. Vor allem das Bad, von den Fliesen bis zur Dusche, war stark verschmutzt. Auch die Bettlaken waren dreckig.

Ottima sosta in direzione dell'aeroporto

Abbiamo dovuto fermarci inaspettatamente in direzione di Fiumicino e siamo riusciti a trovare due camere. L'hotel è ubicato proprio all'uscita dell'autostrada, quindi facilissimo da raggiungere. Entrambe le camere, e l'albero in generale, erano in ottime condizioni, pulite e spaziose. La tariffa prevedeva una colazione inclusa, risultata abbondante e di ottima qualità con una selezione di dolci in un piccolo buffet.

In questi lo hotel c’è sempre puzza di fogna. Camere troppo piccole. Questa volta ho preso una tripla sperando in una camera più grande …..pura illusione. Un 4 stelle non prevede le ciabattine. !! Il prato potrebbe anche essere innaffiato e curato. Non credo ci siano speranze vedo sempre le stesse recensioni e nulla cambia.

Non raggiunge la sufficienza!!!

Camera poco confortevole e poco (Necessita sicuramente di ristrutturazione) Colazione poco assortita, soprattutto il salato. Richieste supplementari tipo un semplice uovo a pagamento. Il mio collega ha chiesto un kit usa e getta per lavare i denti anche questo a pagamento. Pur viaggiando parecchio per lavoro e’ la prima volta che ci chiedono di pagare un uovo con il kit di benvenuto come lo spazzolino. Per finire pos non funzionante sia per me che per il mio collega. A mio parere di positivo solo la posizione, comoda per chi viaggia per lavoro.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel parecchie volte e ho constatato un peggioramento. L'ultima volta la camera assegnata aveva un forte odore di fogna, il receptionist me l'ha prontamente sostituita con una molto migliore. Sono stato fortunato perché non c'era l'acqua per una doccia. Il complesso è bello, comodo come posizione ma un po' decadente.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel parecchie volte ma, da un po' di tempo, ho notato uncontinuo decadimento e scarsa manutenzione. L'aria condizionata è rumorosa, i muri da ridipingere, la doccia ha il soffione incrostato, rumore al mattino del servizio pulizie.
