"the hotel is adequate for the price, no frills rooms, for a reasonable price. The hotel also has a bar, and had a dj playing music w/a food truck and charcuteries for a Friday night, which was unexpected."

"We chose Hyatt because it was close to the airport. We had an extremely early flight to catch. I hadn’t noticed on the list of amenities they offered shuttle service to the airport. The charge was only $15 per night which was reasonable. They dropped us at the airport door. We called when we landed and they picked us in a timely manner. We highly recommend and will stay again."

"Always my go-to hotel whenever I visit Sacramento! Their breakfast specifically is the main reason, as I love how they keep it different every day, and the staff is always cleaning up and making sure there's food present. Friendly staff and with their renovated rooms its more modern and clean."

"Check in and check out were painless. More than ample 110 volt outlets as well as USB A outlets. There are no USB C outlets Lots of desktop space for backpacks, phones, paraphernalia. Overall very spacious, clean room Refrig, ironing board, closet with drawers, very large dresser sofa sleeper, king size bed. A/c works. Access door wasn't taking our room card key. They fixed the door lock in less than 5 minutes. Wifi Download/upload in room 10 mbps sometimes better at 80 mbps, but for most part...

"The kitchen has a full fridge, a two-plate electric stove, a sink and a microwave. However, there are absolutely no pots and pans, utensils, paper towels, soap sponges, plates, glasses or cups. Also the bathroom and bedroom contain no kleenex. It's bare bones. On the plus side, there is a wide screen TV and remote, a clock/radio and an ironing board and iron."

"Sketch place. People working on cars in the lot late at night early morning. Were told they were "customers". Requested a room on the 3rd floor was told they dont have any. Room we got had a non working TV but the staff insisted it worked even coming up to the room twice to try and fix. Finally gave up and moved us to a room on the 3rd floor ! Lol Made a mistake booking this room i thought it was Governors Inn lol. Stay away from this property"

"I guess you get what you pay for bad area dirty room. As soon as you walk in the whole room smells of cigarettes poor up keep of the rooms that rarely get clean i found blood on the dresser and a hard bed with thin blankets and pillows. Only positive is it was cheap and staff where quick to check you in and out."
