"I was so very disappointed on our trip here from the moment we walked in we got there a little earlier and usually if a room is ready, they’ll check you in as soon as we got there she stopped us and said no you can’t check in until 3 o’clock it was very very rude. Totally get it. The room’s not ready. No problem. We finally get into the room. The shower had mold the walls were dirty. The air conditioner was broken. The television was broken. The curtains had holes in them as if a cat scratched...

"Perfectly clean rooms and so quiet"

"Everything was good. Wish they still had coffee makers/amenities(coffee, tea) in room like website stated."

"am requesting a full refund of the $470 I paid through Expedia for my October 17 stay at the Best Western in the Danbury/Bethel, Connecticut area. "My stay at The Watershed in Norwalk, CT, was absolutely excellent from beginning to end! Everything exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the accommodations were comfortable, and the entire stay made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It’s always refreshing to find a place where you can unwind, feel comfortable, and truly enjoy your time away. The Watershed delivered on every level and made my visit memorable....

"It wasn’t bad if you’re staying a night, however it wasn’t worth $158 dollars for 1 night. Then I called to cancel the other 2 nights and didn’t go back to the hotel and still got charged for the 2 nights $316.. had to call the bank and dispute it, the hotel doesn’t answer calls it goes straight to Ai."

"The tv didn’t work. Maintenance tried to fix it but was unsuccessful. The shower curtain rod was hanging off on one side. The front desk said they would contact Expedia about some kind of refund, but I haven’t heard anything."

"Loved the design and the hotel"
