"As convenient as the location is, the service was just horrible! We were forced to stay into a nearby hotel by the manager because according to them, they didn't get the reservation despite the confirmation from expedia. The second day was okay because we had all the fresh supplies like towels and such. Come the next day, it was just hard to get a hold of the staff that's supposed to replace our towels or clean the room. So, we ended up just giving up and buying the stuff we need outside -...

"This property is not really a hotel but an apartment. Check in was slow and disorganised and they want a 5000 peso deposit which is 5 times more than I have ever paid in the past in PH. The room while new is very basic and smacked of cheap furniture. It certainly doesn't have a warm and friendly feel. It is well located next to a major shopping mall and also near the nightlife district. Overall I would not start here again as it was expensive for what it was and felt unwelcoming and cheap."
