Great stay and near Jonker Walk

The stay is very comfortable , clean , new and well maintain place. only the check in have hiccup, the cleaner did not put the key in the letter box. there are food option near the place. And it is a 15 min walk to Jonker Walk.

Had a wonderful 1 night stay. Location was excellent to the places we were heading eg Jonker Street by night, Ban Lee Siang satay hotpot and Baba Charlie peranakan food. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Instructions were clear relating to check-in. All was a breeze.

Nice cold room… nice view of melaka

The apartment is spacious. Good air-conditioning, liked their cold room. Nice view of Melaka and the sea from afar. Apartment is about 1km away from Jonker Night Market. Grab is cheap in Melaka so not a worry. Most places accessible within 2km distance. Chef Heng about 70 away serves nice dim sum and breakfast.

Had an amazing stay. Many plus points of this unit and highly recommended 1. LOCATION - Near Jonker street . Rm5 grab ride away 2. CLEANLINESS- the unit was clean and well maintained. We has some issues with the main bathroom but the technican came immediately and issue was rectified. 3. CUSTOMER SERVICE - iHousing whatsap us the entire lenght of the stay to ensure we have all that we needed. Check in and check out was seamless. 4. VALUE FOR MONEY- the unit came with ammenities such as smart tv, washing machine, fridge, microvace , hot and cold water dispenser, cooking facilities and utensils

Communication with property management was a breeze. They were responsive and helpful. Strict security at this condo, which was commendable. Apartment was generally clean. We had a little problem with the water heater but it was resolved quickly. Good to have instructions to use the number lock (at letterbox) and water heater. My unit had a mahjong table/mahjong set and a cute llama stool. Pity that we only stayed for a night. Can’t comment much on the dining options or amenities nearby as we had a driver, so it was convenient to travel anywhere. Bathe neighbours in the nearby apartments were not so considerate. They spoke loudly which could affect light sleepers.

I recently stayed in this spacious apartment that accommodates a large family, just a 10-minute walk from Jonker Street. The owner communicated efficiently about check-in, and I registered with security upon arrival. However, I was disappointed to find a musty smell, worn towels, and unclean showers and drains when I checked in at night. The ensuite sink cover was stained, and the shower drain cover was removed, with debris stuck to it. After notifying the owner the next morning, they promptly arranged for cleaning, and I returned to find the apartment smelling fresh and looking much better, along with new towels. I would have preferred to have found the apartment in this state at check in, however, I appreciated the immediate action. For future improvements, I recommend maintaining bathroom cleanliness by pouring Janola or bleach down the drains when cleaning. The couch looks dated, and adding 2 single chairs or another couch in the large empty space by the sliding door would enhance the living area. While the balcony is nice, the outdoor furniture shown in the photos was not available. I can only recommend this apartment if the cleanliness standards are improved and consistently maintained.

住宿ＯＫ除房器具很差

如果要烹飪最好先檢查鍋具，我們購買食材後才發現鍋子是壞的，聯絡房東隔天送來一個無法感應電磁爐的鍋子，十分傻眼。但如果沒有要烹飪，住宿是很不錯的
