The place I got is #16-13 which is clean and dust free. It has quite a good view of the sea. The towels, bed sheets and pillows are clean and dust free, doesn't have any smell. The whole unit doesn't have any smell and is a good plus point. Few things that need to improve badly are the master room toilet storage tank heater is not working, and the other common toilet floor trap is choke and flooded when try to bathe there. How can both toilets also cannot use. The other problem is the common toilet shower head holder is spoiled and the shower head keep dropping onto the floor when put onto holder. It is already spoiled but not repaired or replaced. Then the water pressure of the working heater in the common toilet is like small kid urine... so weak with the water flow. They need replace all the hose and shower head as they could be choked. The 2 most important thing in a hotel or ABnB are the beddings are clean and toilet are all in good working condition. But this unit both toilets cannot be used. Whatsapp and called receiption, waited for 2 hours before someone came to clear the toilet water choke. Not helpful coz of the damaged shower head holder and slow water flow. The master room toilet not working storage heater, the maintainance guy said is the landlord one, he cannot repair it. Lastly the kitchen counter has a lot of ants. I wipe them away and awhile later another platoon of ants return and crawl over the counter top searching for food. There are no food there.

Poor and not recommended.

The property smell musky and of chocked sewer. The liners and towels were stained. Only 3/6 of the lifts were working during the 1 night stay. The trip down the unit took at least 10 mins each time. End up having to book another hotel for a more comfort stay. Would not recommend unless they do something about the condition of the unit.
