"We stayed in a family room with two queen beds. Spacious and comfortable. Excellent location right outside Jonker Night Market, but note that you can definitely hear the noise and concerts going on right outside if you are on that side of the building. It ended around 11 pm. The bathroom was spacious but could be renovated - due to the design of the tub, there was a fair bit of moldy caulking. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The location was close to tourism sites and food locations. Room was a nice size and air conditioning was effective with a ceiling fan. Rooms were clean and my room had a 2 person spa."

"Staff are friendly. Room clean but there's only soap dispenser. No shampoo. Wifi really very bad. I have to use my own data. U can only check-in exactly 3pm, no compromise about it. Not like some other hotels. I don't think i will go to this hotel again."
