"No complaints about the hotel. However big issue with hotels.com misrepresenting the room. On the hotels.com website the room was listed as sleeping 4 adults. The description said the room had a king size bed with a pullout sofa bed and that free rollaways were available. I booked the room for three adults. When I arrived I discovered the room had no sofa bed and that the hotel did not have rollaways."

"The only issue that I had was that my room was not cleaned as it was supposed to be on 2 days. The front desk was helpful and one day they made sure that the room was cleaned after I told them. The only they could not because I discovered it after 6 PM when I returned."

"Check-in was quick. Staff never smiled; they do not like people but are in the hospitality business. Room and floor very quiet while we were there. Ice bin out of commission. Shower curtain couldn’t keep water inside tub. Had to mop up. Only two towels in room. Security and locks on room door did not seem secure! Couldn’t access back parking lot due to disabled building badge access. Single women want to stay in safe and secure buildings. Did not try breakfast amenities. The room was clean. The a/c worked well in the room. Check out was quick. Could have been friendlier!"

"The hotel is very clean and the reception area is welcoming and friendly. We arrived and were immediately greeted and the check in was a breeze. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room has a spacious working area and comfortable seating if you like to seat and watch some tv or listen to music while relaxing. Breakfast is a definite perk here. Nice spread from omelette to waffles, coffee, juices and fruits and yogurt are just some of the things available. All included in the price of the room. Ample free parking available. Overall a great place to stay."
