"Our room was spotlessly clean- with very unique interior decor .The decor of the Hotel was lovely . Very calming the food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were very professional .The barman made the best Martini pornstar cocktail I have ever been served.He was very knowledgable about the White Hart Hotel .The gardens were lovely to sit in ."

"Just returned from an excellent stay at the Beaches Guesthouse and would definitely return. Warm welcome and friendly service from Jo and Buzz throughout our stay. Room 10 was spacious, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and featured a good sized ensuite. The room could be improved by replacing the blind such that it blocks out all light in the mornings. Breakfast was included with a range of cereals, etc. on offer and a cooked breakfast which extended to things like Eggs Benedict, Salmon,...

"Our experience was a good one . Bertie and his wife were very hospitable towards us both and made us welcome to there hotel. Breakfast was excellent they me poached eggs which was well boiled and spot on. The room looked adequate for the money that we paid for and was also clean . We didn't use the bar . If I'm heading to Southend on Sea again ,I would like return again ."

"The owner of The Lodge was very welcoming providing me with good information on how to find the place. My room was well equipped with TV, Fridge and Kettle plus storage for clothing if I needed to use it. The site also has ample parking. Although miles from other places, it's a quiet location and quite a hidden gem. It doesn't take long to get back to the Chatham area."
