"Good location within walking distance to restaurants, surf club and beach. Property itself is old, but it is clean and in a good location. We were there for only one night and it suited our needs. Had undercover secure parking. Ceiling is low so you’ll need to check vehicle height for large 4WD."

"We loved our stay at La Promenade. Exactly as advertised, clean and well laid out with friendly staff. It is currently being renovated a few rooms at a time, but of no imposition to our stay. This will only make it a more attractive proposition in the future."

You could hear other tenants in the building moving furniture, fighting, and water running etc. The traffic outside was extremely loud especially on Friday & Saturday night. You could hear lots of youth screaming and yelling, drinking at the park below. Great apartment. Great location just super noisy!!!!"
