"We are from Canada and stayed at Hotel A9 in Barnala for several weeks. Would highly recommend or overseas customers looking for a nice place to stay while in India. The hotel staff were accommodating , the place was clean and service was at international levels. Breakfast was included in our stay and the servers were pleasant and extremely helpful."

Nobody from reception was there. Had to wait 2hours for manager to come. Manager didnt know about our stay. We shower our ID and reservation papers and still he didnt want to give us a room. "Rooms are awesome with courteous staff . There is a negative point is it’s entrance of hotel is from parking area on 2nd floor where hotel is located. No one in Ludhiana can beat the rooms ,but if hotel improves it’s entrance , it would be cherry on cake."
