Good hotel clean and accommodating. Friendly and helpful. A bit of a distance from Barcelona main city. So travel is slow. But local amenities are not great in area out of season. But hotel no complaints and service, food and amenities they offer are good price and value.

Amazing stay!!

This my very first trip to Spain and I stayed 7 nights. The breakfast was an amazing buffet style. Dinner as well and the other eating options they had on different days pool side. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and quiet. I can say with confidence that this will be the only hotel I would stay at during my visits to Spain!

I can highly recommend the penthouse rooms. Mine looked amazing with a high ceiling. But especially the view i had was breathtaking. My room was facing the swimming pool and i could see the sea and the mountains. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Swimming pools were great. Very close to the sea and to the train station. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Lovely hotel and lovely staff although I booked a twin room and I was told I hadn't and, as they were fully booked, they could not move me. Food quality was good and varied. Less than 10 minute walk to the train station for trips to Barcelona. Mattress was rock hard and the worse part of my stay.

Beautiful hotel with good and clean rooms/beds/bathrooms. The walls are thin, so you'll hear (and be heard) everything. The pool is cleanish, yes its dirty every afternoon after many people been in it with sunblock. You'll have a sunbed peak season (jul/aug) if you arrive before 11am. Only few people reserve them early mornings with towels. Smoking is allowed and everyone does. That says enough about the kind of people that stay here. I think 80% was Dutch. Staff is friendly. Entertainment is super repeatative, same playlist and dance every day. Parking is impossible nearby, needed to park outside Malgrat and walk 10 minutes. Our car got damaged. The 2 lots in front of hotel are always full. So plan wisely. Food was just fine! Every day different food.

Lovely Kid free hotel ideal for couples.

The hotel is great, it has 3 pools, one of them heated. The breakfast wasn't brilliant with a lot of the options being luke warm. The entertainment and the Spa were good and we couldn't fault the staff they are a credit to the hotel and could not for enough for us. The pool bar has a great selection of light bites and drinks and fantastic staff. Unfortunately our room had not been cleaned properly for our arrival and we found an old pair of knickers behind the toilet door. All in all a great place to stay. Close proximity to train station for trips to Barcelona and near the pickup point for boat trips to Tossa De Mar and Lloret De Mar etc. Close to the strip of bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

I had the most amazing visit. The receptionist were friendly, always smiling, and always had answers to help us all the spa was amazing. We had one free visit for two hours. I have never experienced a Spa with these amenities before everything was in walking distance and they were different modes of transportation to hell the facility was clean And they had a lot of ways to save energy. I would definitely read this five star not to mention the food choices that they had for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Outstanding. We absolutely loved our week at this hotel, with the only minor criticism being the music (which became very annoying) played on the terrace near the bar. However, this is of course a subjective criticism and the staff would turn it down if asked. The hotel is spotlessly clean, very tastefully decorated and furnished. The 3 pools (one of which is heated) are crystal clear, and the outdoor area has been very well thought out and planted with care. It’s a place that you want to spend time in. In fact, so much so, that we hardly left the hotel for the whole week. We couldn’t fault the staff with everyone being extremely friendly, helpful and fun. It struck us that they seemed to exhibit a lot of pride in their work, and this came out in their focus on attention to details. We think that the management team have done a great job in training, and engendering this spirit in their people. We opted for half board, and both breakfast and evening meals offered a wide choice of dishes. Some really healthy eating options too. Great fresh food. The direct bus from Barcelona airport stops about 100m from the entrance making travel very simple. A big thank you to everyone there, and we will almost certainly go back again.

Property was clean and facilities was clean. I wouldn't have choosen this property if i knew getting there would be so difficult. Transportation to and from the area is very limited. The hotel has a 4 star rating but i wonder why or how. The room was bare minimal, no drinking water offered, and no water fountain or taps in the hotel premises. The spa had a big jug and i noticed the staff refilling the water without changing the jug. No kettle and tea facilities in rooms. Breakfast was well laid out with a good ray of varieties but nothing to tell you what they were. I picked this hotel due to the spa facilities but i was disappointed when i was told i had to pay to use the facilities.They also dont tell you that the spa is only free if you stay for 4 nights minium. And it wasnt clear at booking either. The staff were not paticularly friendly and one guy was outrightly rude. I would not be goung back here.

The property and the staff were great. However, the food was not that great. The hotel is in an area with quite of few restaurants. Wouldn’t recommend the half board, full board or all inclusive. The drink prices were very reasonable. Would recommend the hotel, but wouldn’t recommend any extras.

Superb modern hotel

New, modern and comfortable hotel with very good breakfast and dinner buffet with very good variety of food and drinks (dinner drinks additionally but reasonably charged - wine bottle from 10EUR). Spacious rooms with balconies, clean and with good quality linen, towels and toiletries. Good gym and SPA area (additonal fee of 8EUR for 2 hours). Great outdoor area with swimming pools (one heated). 5min walk to long sandy beach and 15min drive to Lloret de Mar and beaches nearby.

Nice and clean. Breakfast was very nice. Only complaint is that as an hotel that has SPA in the name (and in the list of popular amenities) we were expecting to get free spa access. In practice there was an 8 euro extra charge which was not communicated in any way prior to our arrival to the hotel.

Staff was really accommodating ! This was my first solo trip and I decided to stay in this hotel as I found a really good deal on Expedia (full board). Upon arrival , check in staff were very lovely. Karl always greeted me with a warm smile and welcome when going down for breakfast / dinner. I also made a friend their at the same hotel which was super nice ! The hotels not the closest to some of the activities but it only cost 50 euros to higher a car for the day..the rental place was about a 9 min walk. Great entertainment at the hotel - staff made u feel very very welcome. Can’t wait to be back
