"We loved our stay at the hotel! We struggled to find a place to park so ended up paying for onsite parking which was totally worth it! The staff was incredible- from the front desk to the handy man everyone helped us!! "Beautiful property! Room was spacious and very clean. Pool area was amazing, enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone. Front desk staff was very helpful. My only suggestion would be to start breakfast earlier as although the buffet was ready beforehand, they were very strict about the 8am start (in my experience most hotel breakfasts start by 7am), which made it challenging to have time to eat before earlier morning activities or having to leave to drive to the airport. "Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....
