Some of the conservation activities didn’t happen and there was no communication about it which was strange as we were waiting and nobody arrived."
"The room was the only thing clean. There were cockroaches all over the food, the dishes were dirty and the all included drinks were awful. The staff was inattentive and the entire place is all sand, the place you eat the bar everywhere making it difficult to keep clean. The lady that gave my massage was on her phone most of the time. "The staff here were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. The place was spotless, the scenery was beautiful, and the food was amazing. We honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!"
