"From check in the staff were amazing I have mobility issues and they were most helpful, especially the lady serving in the bar Saturday afternoon and for breakfast Sunday morning. There was a gentleman serving in the bar Saturday evening he was very helpful and friendly. We had a bar meal early evening I had the steak sandwich very well presented and tasted delicious. All in all a very pleasant experience "

"Staff were very welcoming and served us promptly. They let us into the room early too as it was ready and didn’t chat us extra for the privilege, like a lot of hotels! Room was clean and tidy. Bed and duvet were comfortable. Hotel isn’t located that far away from the station and we were able to get to the bars quite quickly. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a reasonably priced hotel in a good location. "

"I had had an accident during the day and on checking in at Hampton Hilton Broad Street Birmingham receptionist Marie noticed that I was shaken from the day’s events. Marie was kind, sympathetic, friendly and very helpful. Marie made our stay even better with her kindness - thank you so much Marie your support was amazing and I really appreciated your kindness. Other staff members were also very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I am looking forward to our next stay very soon."
