After the second phone call, they sent an employee to knock on my door. When I opened the door, the employee could not speak English and shoved a toilet plunger at me. It’s quietly located amongst corporate offices, but is in walking distance to a variety of restaurants and retail shopping options. The hotel is definitely a top tier accommodation, very clean, comfortable, and high-end amenities. Employees were very professional, courteous, and customer service centric. Great place for a short or longer stay. Highly recommend this Hilton Fairfax for the value!"
