Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Total waste

They sent us check in instruction stating that we do not need to call them. To just arrive between check in time. We got there and we were not allowed to check in. The guard was asking for clearance certificate from the owner of the property in which i dont have and not aware off. So this was a total waste of money and time not to mention the stressed they've caused us.
