They only allow 1 face, hand and body towel. Requested more but was told just one per room. I like to have a towel to wipe down the counter after washing my face. Hotel smelled like sewer the entire time. Door to room would t close properly. Had to keep pushing to close.
Ate at the restaurant, took 2 hours of I get food. Has to ask for my tea 3 times! Finally after almost 2 hours, they bought a cup.
Was told after that because of the typhoon warning, many staff didn’t show up for work. Completely understandable but that something you should tell people when they sit down. We keep asking when our food is coming, was told 15 more minutes numerous times. Finally when we got angry, they said they are short staff.
Still, 2 hours to bring tea is a bit ridiculous.
