My room didn’t have a water heater which I expected to have because some pictures in the website, literally I can see that in the photos. Other than that, it was great stay. Clean and price is quite good for solo traveler.

Room price is definitely affordable for the room that you are getting. Hotel location is 10-15 minutes away from Downtown Dumaguete. It's just that the restroom is transparent which is kinda awkward 'cause you can see what your friend/loved one/partner is doing. 😅

Valuable for the money $17 for a private room

The hotel itself is good and comfortable for the price I paid for. However, it's not surrounding by restaurants or shops had to bike for about 5 mins to reach to the downtown.

Bad mannered guest.

The only negative is that there was another guest who was very rude to staff and wanted to argue at 1am in the morning. The staff member should have said It is very late and you are disturbing the other guests, we will sort it out at a reasonable time but the staff member continued to try and reason with a person who was drunk n angry.It was a no win situation. In my opinion the staff should not tolerate bad behaviour from any guest at any time let alone when others are trying to sleep.I had been there for a week and had a couple of disturbances from same guest. I am planning to return for another 4 nights after Siquijor and I really hope this is under control. Every other aspect is fantastic.

I like the service it was great always with a smile. There is not outlets for computer charging the bathroom has no mirror so it is annoying to shave overall it is a 3 star hotel

The room is very basic but that was what we were expecting. The bed is quite comfortable and TV channels are plenty. The shower was fine and the room was clean. The big issue here is the lack of a safe; either in the room or at reception. The locked draw at reception needs to be upgraded to a safe at reception.Otherwise a good value for money option just out of town.
