Very nice family accommodation but too many bugs such as cockroaches in the room
The staff are all amazing! They are very polite, courteous, helpful, and friendly. Even the one cooking eggs everyday is very nice. Cleanliness is also very good, they ensure our room is cleaned nicely everyday and all supplies well stocked.
For improvement would be the overall maintenance of the rooms and the swimming area. The bathrooms need re-grouting, the a/c vents look gray, and swimming area smells greasy from being right at the back of the kitchen. The hall leading to the pool is too narrow too.
When checking in valet parking was immediate, no hassles, room was clean and simple, we took some time to have a light dinner in there restaurant which I would have top rated. I did notice they had buffet which we did not partake but prices were super. Area surrounding was difficult to get around due to the ever so present heavy traffic in Manila but walking was great.
It was fun. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.Location is accessible to shopping centers. Building is kind of old but the room is clean.Lola Maria's restaurant is the best,we enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
Friendly staff .. will come back again ... great breakfast buffet too .

Room booked online was for a superior room but we know from our previous stay in this hotel, their superior rooms have no windows as they’re interior rooms. We upgraded to a DeLuxe room with an additional charge to get a room with a partial view of Makati Skyline. The DeLuxe room’s airconditioner was cold but the room has stll that lingering smell of bug spray or disinfectant. The flat-screen TV was working with good reception but the remote wasn’t working that we have to call housekeeping/maintenance which took almost an hour and a half before the maintenance man came telling us that he was given the wrong room number and blah-blah-blah. Room service was fast and the food was “comfort food” especially as hubby was under the weather at that time. After taking allergy medicine, he was able to sleep through the night with the cold aircondioner on the whole time. Breakfast in the morning at Lola Maria’s was “as always” delightful! Overall, our stay was comfortable and we will stay in this hotel again if we’re in the vicinity.

그리고 에어컨은 창문형이 아닌 방으로 신청하시길 바랍니다.(많이 시끄럽습니다)
걸어서 3분에 포럼로빈슨몰(대형몰), 25분 메가몰,
1분거리에 마사지샾(호텔 뒷문 바로 오른쪽 옆에 위치 예약하여야 함)
마사지샾 1층에 한국 라면 김밥 떡복기 먹을 수 있는 식당, 세븐7 있습니다. 참고 바람
It was okay but at first the aircon was not on for about 2hours until I inform and complaint. I went out after I checked in. When I get back the room is still hot. I hope next time. You ensure the aircon is on when you leave the guest. This should also be turned on before the guest checked in.
the hotel and its staff exceeded my expectations. parking was readily available, staff in reception noticed that I came from a long drive upon check in and even served us cold juice for relief. bellboys were helpful. the Christmas décor in the lobby was very festive

It’s good for a short stay when u use the place for sleeping only
Our stay was amazing, but the air-con was not that cold. Maybe it just needs a little bit cleaning. But all in all, it was a great experience. Super amazing. Will def recommend this to my family and friends, and of course I can’t wait to book a staycation again in this hotel 😊
I had stayed here twice before and had always been assigned a room all the way the very back. I was originally being assigned to the third floor which was not acceptable at all. No elevator which was very inconvenient. The thing that I disliked the most is the cleaning of the room is done late afternoon . I wonder if they are short of manpower or the service is simply deteriorating ....

Location is very convenient to go to the malls...breakfast is good although slow in replenishing menu that runs out easily. Washrooms tile needs to be clean out of molds.Staff's were courteous as they were before.
