値段相応。リノベーションをした様で、室内は綺麗。机と椅子があれ良かったです。広いが、照明が暗い。スタッフの対応は、特に何も依頼しなかったので不明。

リトルトーキョーのすぐ近く

リトルトーキョーまで歩いて2分ほどで、空港までも便利な立地でした。掃除を忘れられた日もありましたが、すぐにタオルを持ってきてくれたので助かりました。

Inviting and comfortable in a great location

The Victor Hotel has continued to improve over the past 4 years and the results show. The whole facia with the 7/11 has removed the 'budget' look to an inviting entrance. The rooms, beds and mattresses too have been upgraded. Will definitely stay here again.

Family stay

Service was good. Helpful staff. Relatively near to places where we needed to go. The only thing major was the gym was under renovation which was not specified while booking. I was specifically looking for hotels with gyms before booking victor hotel. Not being able to use the facility was a big let down. Complimentary coffee or tea would have been nice. And a working hot water shower is recommended, however, perhaps most hotels nearby wont have that either. Otherwise, the place was decent.

虫の駆除をして欲しいです。

部屋の壁を小蟻や小ゴキブリが這っていました。部屋が広いのでベッドにはいませんでしたが駆除して欲しいです。場所や料金はいいのでまた使いたいので。

그냥 별로..서비스는 별로임..

그냥 그래요...가격대비 만족하나 ....방안에 개미있음...탁자와 침대에 개미 있어서 직원에게 요청후 에프킬라 같은거 뿌려줌....(서비스는 별로임) 침대 시크 교체 없이 담요만 교체해줌 . 식사는 방으로 직접 가져다 주나..토스트+ 커피 + 오렌지 1/4조각..

リトル東京にちかく、ひじょうにべんり。また一階にコンビニがあるので、これも非常に便利。大雨で外に出れないときでも、コンビニで食料を買える。

スタッフの対応が親切ですが,自分が片言の英語しか話せ無いので,可成り迷惑を掛けたので,感謝しています,18泊して居たので,スマホの翻訳サイトが,最初不通故に可成り困難でしたが,3日後使える様になり,有る程度理解できる様になり,助かりました,そこまで対応して貰えて感謝しています。

リトル東京に近いホテル

2泊しました。部屋の設備が古く、シャワーも一定時間が過ぎるとお湯があまりでなくなるなどの点はありますが、部屋は広めで、そこそこの清潔感はあります。朝食は部屋まで運んでくれますが、ホテルできちんとつくられており、シンプルなメニューながらおいしくいただきました。ただ、ルームメイキングは、ちゃんと札をかけていったのに、されておらず、いい加減なところがありました。全体的には、また泊まってもいいかなと思えるレベルですが、ルームメイキングがいい加減なので、評価は少し下げました。改善していただけけるとありがたいです。
