"I don't even know where to start. This place was PERFECTION! The staff in the entire hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, I feel that they are all our friends now. The food at the restaurant is amazing, people come visit from outside the hotel just to dine at the restaurant. The pools are sooo nice, and that is a highlight for me because my husband hates getting into pools, I literally had never seen him enjoy a pool the was he did in this hotel. "The property is very old and looks like it has not been updated since the 90s. It is definitely not a four star hotel and the amenities are very poor. However the staff are very nice and helpful and felt bad having to cut short our stay and moved to another hotel."

"Our stay at Gaia Hotel & Reserve was wonderful, but what truly made it exceptional was the outstanding level of service.
