"The apartment was very functional and clean. Security was sketchy. Checkin was a disaster as they had lost our reservation l, allegedly due to a dishonest employee. Even worse, they initially blamed it on us, a Expedia refuses to help in a timely manner, and the hotel refused compensation. After staying at the apartments or in its companion on four past trips to Arusha, I would no longer stay here again."
