"Elevator was out and desk clerk didn't tell us at check-in. He didn't give any information such as how the wifi works or even where our room was located and best way to access it. I had to ask. As a front desk agent myself, his lack of hospitality was appalling.
The room and bathroom was smaller than expected, but clean and adequate for an overnight stay. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great!"

"The Orem-Vineyard LivAway Suites was a clean, and restful break. It was so quiet, and this was on a first floor room, which I normally decline. I was amazed! The room was spacious with lots of storage, and very clean. The bed was a little firm for my preference.
I love that pets are allowed and the fees are very fair. The entire staff are friendly and helpful. If you bring your car, the parking is plentiful and easy. The hotel is close to plenty of dining options and I took my pup to two beautiful parks nearby!
The one thing they can improve is an area to walk dogs/grass area for pet relief on-site. There is a small patch at the rear of the building, but my dog did not care for it. Overall, I would definitely return!"
