"Parking was easy, enough parking slots available. Staff at the front desk was courteous and professional. They did not charge a deposit but then the room said it all. Room was clean but not very well kept. For my one night stay it was ok."
"Our room smelled terrible when we arrived. Like nauseating, like puke, or possibly bacteria from the shower drain. We had to bring in body spray and open the windows. The headboards are fabric and had crustys. I just was not very comfortable based on those things. Also, one if our mattresses was short, my feet hung over the edge, as I wasn't keen on getting too close to the headboard. Staff was polite. I was super disappointed the pools were not open. Based on the pictures, and reading that they were heated, I thought they would be a fun activity for the kids. I guess the listing had put 'seasonal' and I had missed it, the low price in off-season was not worth it. I will book somewhere else next time."
"The breakfast was terrible. Eggs were really " wet", hashbrowns tasted stale, sasauge were gross. We actually had to throw it out and go get breakfast. We didn't even try it the next few days"
"My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. Upon arriving in my room, I immediately noticed that the bed sheets were stained, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, regardless of price point. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, and this was a major concern.
In the morning, I went to the breakfast room during the advertised hours, only to find that there was no food available. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially as breakfast was one of the amenities that influenced my decision to stay here.
To make matters worse, I spent a significant portion of the night listening to a neighboring guest who appeared to be under the influence and going through withdrawal. The noise and disturbance made it nearly impossible to relax or get a proper night’s sleep. I had booked two nights here. In the morning I tried to cancel my second night and they refused a refund. So I left and booked a room at a neighbouring hotel a paid for my second night even tho I wasn’t there.
Overall, this was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. Between the lack of cleanliness, missing amenities, and disruptive environment, I would not recommend staying here."
