If you are a light sleeper, you will have less sleep because of the thin walls in the accommodation. But the staff was very kind! Lovely

Clean and cheap

Good location. Clean and cheap. A little noisy if you have a room overlooking the street. We had a shower and sink in the room, but had to share a two toilets on our floor. Adequate at short notice. Cheaper when booking on line

Very good location, next to old town. Fairly clean. Shared toilet, no toilet paper. Ask for towels in the reception- costs just 1eur/towel. We had shower and sink in the room, wich was great.

FATAL.SUCIO.

Falta total de limpieza. Leí comentarios malos sobre el hostal, y otros que decían "para el precio está bien"...hice mal en fiarme de este comentario. Yo no sé qué expectativas tiene la gente, pero yo solo pido: LIMPIEZA, que es un básico. No quiero TV por ejemplo (cosa que sí que tiene), quiero que el suelo esté limpio, sin mijitas, sin pelusas, sin pelos....que las sábanas y el edredón no tengan manchurrones amarillos (perfectamente apreciables a la luz natural). Además la habitación era de cama doble y solo un edredón de cama pequeña, cuando pedimos otro el chico nos dijo que no tenían y nos dio su calefactor (el suyo propio). Y otra cosa fue que había veces que no había nadie en recepción y se llegaron a juntar 3 personas en la puerta esperando a que abriesen a las 10 am y hasta que no bajó un huésped no pudimos entrar. He estado en hostales con los mismos servicios por 12 y 15 euros la noche, y eran muy limpios. Nada recomendable.

GRAUENHAFT!!!! FINGER WEG VON DIESER UNTERKUNFT!!!! Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Hostel (das nicht mal diese Bezeichnung verdient) und nicht um ein Hotel. Das bei Ankunft um 12 Uhr noch kein Zimmer frei war, war ja zu erwarten, denn dies wurde auch erst ab 15 Uhr zugesagt. Also am Abend noch einmal hin...beim betreten des Zimmers der erste Schock: Ein Loch das einer Gefängniszelle in einem südamerikanischen Gefängnis für Schwerverbrecher gleichkommt: Dreckig und heruntergekommen, keine Bettwäsche, keine Handtücher, keine Seife, Toilette und "Bad" außerhalb des Zimmers (womit ich leben kann, wenn es dann sauber gewesen wäre) und kein Toilettenpapier! Als dann am kommenden Morgen auch noch nicht mal Warmwasser zur Verfügung stand ist mir der Kragen geplatzt und ich habe umgehend das Haus verlassen um mich nach einem anderen Hotel umzusehen.

What a lovely place! The guy at the reception was really helpful and accomodating. Near the old town and a little gem of a restaurant around the corner. My only concern was the cold but I guess I can't fault the hotel for it being cold.

It’s nice for the price we paid

The rooms at the hotel is Small but it works. The walls are thin so we can hear everything, but we bougth some earplugs and then it was okey. It was clean at arrival and the emploees were nice even though they couldnt speak english well. The only things that we didnt like were that there was shared toilets and the wifi didnt work. The location is perfect, near the old town and the beach.

Should be called Hostel Bohemia

We had to upgrade our room from the one booked on the website as it was not the same as the pictures on the Hotels.com website. The room that we actually booked looked like a jail cell with just two bunk beds and that's it. The upgraded room cost an additional 40 euros and was not that clean. There was a blood stain on the curtain and hair on the top bunk. Our sliding door did not lock so we were concerned with leaving our belongings at the place. There were communal showers and baths, that were relatively clean. Overall, not the greatest experience, but well located in Marbella.

Only facility other than a clean room, was 'free wifi' . The room had a double bed with a single bed as bunk beds, not very comfortable with a basin and a shower but no toilet; instead of what was booked a twin room with en suite bathroom facility. Very basic facility in old Marbella close to the beach. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Edullista majoitusta lähellä keskustaa ja rantaa.

Hostelli oli hyvin askeettinen, mutta se on menossa tänä talvena kuulemma remontiin. Huone itsessään oli ihan siisti ja puhdas, mutta mukavuutta tuovat asiat kuten tuoli, pöytä, taulut ja muut sisustuselementit puuttuivat täysin. Huoneessa oli vain sänky, vaatekomero, TV ja lavuaari. Vessat ja suihkut yhteisissä tiloissa, ja niitä oli liian vähän. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja 24h paikalla, tämä plussaa. Hostelli oli talvikaudella rauhallinen ja siksi yölläkin hiljainen. Kaikki palvelut lähellä. Hinta edullinen, mutta tällaisenaan ei nyt saa ihan suosituksiani, toivottavasti tulevan remontin jälkeen :)

Para no volver.

Para empezar llegamos y nos cobraron unas tasas "locales" de las que no fuimos informados. En segundo lugar, habíamos contratado una habitación con ducha y ni si quiera existían dichas habitaciones en este hostal, solo había habitaciones con ducha compartida, que además estaba al final de un pasillo por lo cual nos pillaba bastante lejos de la habitación. Además, aunque en la reserva también nos ofrecían artículos de aseo, solo nos dieron un sobre pequeño de champú y una toalla para dos personas y dos días. Pero sin duda, lo peor del hostal es su entorno, la primera noche ya tuvimos problemas con ruidos y gritos en la calle justo abajo de nuestra ventana pero la segunda noche fue aún peor, pasamos despiertos desde las 4.30h hasta las 7.30 am, debido a gritos de amenazas de muerte en la calle, por los cuales incluso tubo que venir la policía tres veces, la última de ellas a llevarse a una persona que portaba un cuchillo jamonero en la mano y una pistola con los que amenazaba a sus familiares... Surrealista. Pasamos verdadero miedo, puesto que todo el altercado se llevó a cabo en la casa frente a nuestra ventana. Puesto que teníamos que trabajar al día siguiente, está claro que jamás volveremos a este sitio del cual nos marchamos al día siguiente habiendo dormido 3 escasas horas. Para terminar, y como nota informativa, los recepcionistas (2 de 3) ni si quiera hablaban bien español, por lo cual ni si quiera pudimos pedir explicaciones ni quejarnos formalmente al hostal.

TERRIBLE!!!

It is not a hotel it's a hoStel! You can read it everywere in the hostel and in the room. It wasn't clear that you don't have a bathroom in your own room. The staff was not friendly. I had a room for 3 persons but could not bring my friend? Also paid too much
