We had the best time in our 5 days vacation, the property is in the best area of Peurto Banus with lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance the view on our apartment was priceless. The apartment was large and lots of space although it needs to upgrade its furniture ;) but it was good for us .the staff were very friendly and cared about whatever we needed . The parking is 29 euros each night which is the cost but it was very convenient to go from parking to our apartment. Totally we had the great stay .

No problems with our stay, reception staff were friendly and refreshingly helpful, apartments were a fantastic location, perfectly placed between the beach and port strip, surrounded by plenty of food places right outside.

Amazingly central, property is a bit dated but really spacious so perfect for groups who want a place to socialise before a night out and a room to sleep in. Was perfectly clean and all staff friendly.

Fantastic location

Very nice apartment, very large plenty of storage space,with sea views, excellent location, as other reviews have said the furniture is very dated, and the bed is fairly hard, but we found the apartment very clean , we would definitely stay again

The ocean view apartment was large and would accommodate a family. We were two couples. Each had a bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen wascwell equippedvand there was a washing machine. The master bed didn't have a mattress but only box springs. The complex of a number of buildings. Reception wasn't clearly marked for Park Suites since it was combined with another hotel. The location is perfect for anyone looking to visit Puerto Banus. Staff were great. The apartment size was great but the furniture and decor was a bit tired and dated and needs to be updated. However, if you don't plan on spending much time in the apartment its a good trade off for location

Great location but extremely dated and uncomfortab

The apartments are in a great location to the port with amazing views however the condition of the apartment was poor. Uncomfortable beds, dated furniture and poor shower facilities. The apartment was very spacious but ultimately we were not comfortable during our stay.

Good for a basic, short stay

The apartments location was perfect and it was huge, much bigger than expected, but was dated and needed maintenance. There was a strange selection of plates / bowls (had to eat cereal out of a salad bowl) and cutlery. The cleaners were good and came in halfway to clean and change towels. The entrance to the apartment was fine but wouldn’t have felt safe alone walking down there as there is a ‘social club’ opposite and was very quiet. The walls are also VERY thin and we could hear people in the bedroom above us so much that we were woken up. For a basic, short stay with friends it was good.

Good location but needs a face lift

Hotel location is excellent, although noisy as there were works going on from early in the morning. Reception looks very fresh and modern but then you get to your apartment and it is extremely dated. Apartments are spacious but very old-fashioned and in need of a refurbishment. Bed was like concrete (very uncomfortable), toilet leaked and kitchen may have been clean but was so old that it looked dirty. Apartment didn’t have a hairdryer, the receptionist was helpful in getting one to us… however it did not work. Cheap and cheerful. We booked as our original apartment contacted us about a water shortage in Malaga and not having access to a pool but would rather stay further out with a pool and more modern and comfy facilities.
