"Das wichtigste Kriterium für uns war die Lage - die Nähe zum San Carlo Teatro - auch viele weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar . Das Zimmer kompakt. jedoch sehr gut konzipiert,,da Bett bequem, das Badezimmer mit einer geräumigen Dusche Jacuzzi - alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. "I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hidden gem. To begin, it is through a door in plain sight, but you can't tell which one, which makes it fun. You have to be buzzed in by the hotel that gives you an extra layer of security. The lobby is beautiful with a stunning chandelier. Our room was spacious with THREE balconies. The tub was extremely large. The room was very clean and well-appointed including a curling iron, and clothing iron. The shower was so cool. It was up a few stairs...

"We stopped in Naples overnight and stayed here with a taxi strike looming the next morning. The staff was wonderful, made arrangements for us to get a taxi before the strike starting in the a.m. and gave us a large breakfast bag to go at 5:30 a.m. Also a good location for us to get to see a small but great shopping section of Naples and the streets."

"Staff at desk friendly. The room was very spacious with a good view of the street. Breakfast was 10 euro, which was a good price for the selection. Breakfast area was a nice room with a view of Naples. Great location close to train station and metro. I would recommend the Best Western to anyone visiting Naples."

"Sehr guter Service und Sauberkeit, tolle Aussicht und Ausstattung, zentrale Lage. Der Zustand einzelner Details des Zimmers war teilweise etwas „abgenutzt“. Für den deutschen Geschmack etwas zu wenig Vollkorn-Auswahl beim Frühstück. Ansonsten klare Empfehlung, ich komme gerne wieder!"

"I stayed at Napoli City Center – Appartamenti e Camere and overall had a really great experience. The apartment itself was very nice, extremely well located, and clearly well maintained.
