"We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s in a great location, tucked away down a small side street in the Gothic quarter. Staff were fantastic, small gestures like the free mini bar, popcorn dropped off at your room in the afternoon and welcome drink at check were all such lovely gestures. Very comfortable rooms and quiet. The hotel is trendy and has no photos rule which is superb. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. We will definitely return. "

"No free water in a 5star room. When requested a glass of water in restaurant at checkout, was charged €6.50. Plenty of hotel staff but not too interested in guests. "

"Great hotel, quiet Location, great staff. Hotel was excellent, we booked well in advance so got a great room rate. Really liked the location 3-4 mins walk from nearest metro (Drassanes) Rambla, and easy walking to the port area and Gothic quarter. Room was peaceful and in excellent condition, very clean and smart. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use this hotel again in Barcelona. "

"Personal muy amable. El gimnasio es muy pequeño, no dejan cesto para dejar las toallas mojadas. No hay aparatos de pesas para piernas ni corredora. En cuanto a la Habitación, se entregó la Habitación con el bote de crema vacío y una botella de agua abierta. El control de la TV no funcionaba bien, no pude utilizar la Opción de Netflix, el personal muy amable trato de solucionarlo pero no lo lograron."

"Kamer was schoon en werd dagelijks schoongemaakt. Personeel uitermate vriendelijk, bij elke binnenkomst begroet en het (gratis!) boeken van een taxi was geen enkel probleem. Ondanks dat het hotel in de drukke oude wijk ligt s’nachts geen enkele overlast ondervonden door geluid. Perfecte locatie voor een stedentrip naar Barcelona! "

"Hotel 54 provided exceptional service and truly tried their best to accommodate our family of four (including one infant and one toddler). While I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for families with very young children, the staff’s service and attention were absolutely five stars. The location in Barceloneta is also excellent, with many great places to eat nearby."
