"Upon arrival the property looked very well maintained. Entering the building everything was clean and looked very new. Professionally checked in, and asked if we needed anything. "Floors in hallways hadn't been sweep. Mud clots everywhere. Bed was uncomfortable and felt like it had high spot in middle. Overall disappointment with stay."
