"We travel for 2 months and this hotel was the dirtiest and filthiest we have ever seen. First impression of the lobby dirty. The room smelled funky, a mixture of curry and human. The floors hasn’t been cleaned, dirt, debris everywhere. Dirt balls on furniture, mold in bathroom and broken kitchen cabinets. The out door chair had no paint and rust all over. "Our room was very large, modern, and clean. There’s a great elevator, so no stairs to climb. It’s on a quiet street with no noise at all. We had no need for a hotel restaurant, bar, gym, etc because we were out exploring Milan. If you really want those things, a traditional hotel is great. But if not, this is a much better alternative. The staff was great and we’ll definitely stay here again when in Milan."

However, just one thing to remind, if you are doing self-check in out of their front desk hours, we better contact them in advance by their contact email (you can google it) rather than message on Expedia, cause seems they not read Expedia message. "Our stay at Seety Spartaco Milan was unfortunately disappointing due to a serious issue with the air conditioning. From the moment we arrived, the AC was clearly not working, and despite reporting it multiple times, we were repeatedly told that everything was functioning normally. The room was very uncomfortable, especially at night, and no proper immediate solution was provided. We even requested a fan, but eventually I had to walk to a nearby Carrefour and buy one myself just to make the room...

"This place met what we were looking for. Convenient walking distance to public transportations metros, and Milan centrale train stations The host in facility was very friendly and easy to talk to. They also allowed us to store our luggage in their office after checking out. One surprise for us is that one Chinese restaurant nearby open from 11am to 9 pm daily and has hand made dumplings with very affordable price too. We ll be back to stay here next time in Milan."
