"The room was lovely. Very clean. I had a king studio with balcony. There was a keurig coffee maker with a few k cups provided. I loved the room. The breakfast was ok - I wouldn’t order the quiche again, but the lemon bread was great. The lobby had hot coffee and hot water, but no cold water to fill a refillable water bottle. Since I stayed at the end of June and it was hot, I was disappointed to fill my water bottle from the tap."

"The staff at here were rude and did not clean our room the entire week we were there. We had to ask for towels and bought tissue paper for the room. It smelled like mildew and smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. Mildew was in the shower and the floors were dirty. A portable dehumidifier was in the room and we had to constantly empty it. Breakfast was the same every day, waffles and scrambled eggs. I do not recommend"

"This property was a delightful place to stay. I have rated as 5-star across the board. The only detraction was that the majority of the house is on a single thermostat, thus you cannot control the temperature in your room and our room was cooler than we would have preferred. We were told that if we were to stay here again, ask about the one or two rooms that DO have a separate thermostat."

I called to have the bed turned over and was told that there were no clean sheets available because housekeeping was gone for the day, but that I could come down and grab a comforter if I wanted…with my 3 small children in tow, one not yet walking, but they did end up bringing the comforter up to me.
