"Our room / apartment at the Wyndham Residences was really nice. Good size lounge/dining/kitchen, excellent very large terrace / balcony and great ‘hot tub’. To be fair we only used it to cool down but for the two of us the apartment was ideal."

"The room wasn’t a studio like I booked and paid for ,i was out in a basic one bed room.my kids hated it .
One of the barmen from hotel bar hounded me and my family members to take free shots and we caught him hiding a bottle of blue window cleaner behind the bar where the glass was that he was gonna put the shot in and the shot was also blue so he was trying to spray window cleaner into the glass and laughing and talking Spanish to his workmate so that we didn’t know .
I complained about this and asked could I speak to hotel manager only to be told that there is no manager on site and the girl behind reception desk laughed at me when I told her what happened. She then told me to call manager through Expedia and when I stood at reception door and did this ,the same girl from reception answered the phone and said hello I am the manager of the kn panoramic heights hotel only to turn her head and see that I was the person at the other end of the phone then she told me again I am not the manager!
She then called the police to come and speak to me and said that I threatened her and her staff “ which I didn’t do as I was with my kids and other family “
I had to leave hotel and book somewhere else very expensive as there was no where near by that had any vacancies.
I will never stay in that place in my life again and neither will the other 16 of my family members who were also on the holiday with me "
