"Fantastic property. Great views over the harbour if you choose rooms on that side. There is a ledge that you can sit on & sit & enjoy the views or sit & read. Staff were very polite & professional. Room size was very generous & especially liked the bed & bedding. It was a very comfortable sleep. Highly recommend. "

"The staff was very helpful and kind..professional but personable. The location of this property is sketchy, and I did not feel safe outside after dark. Alot of trash and unkept grounds, signs of homeless. Rooms are pretty small. It's a quick 10 minute walk to Mascot station but if it was after dark I always used a cab. They say the airport transfer is free but that only applies from hotel to the airport, not vice versa. But the fee was only $10, so still a deal. Drivers and people running transport are super grouchy and condescending. All in all I would stay there again."
