It was reasonable and affordable. The location is great and the staff is very helpful. If breakfast was provided, it would have been greater.

This is a typical French Budget hotel. No frills. You get a bed and a shower, and that is all I wanted for 3 days whilst at the RWC. It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. 40min walk to the train station & 20 min walk to the bus stop. Both take you either to Marseille or Aix . Never found the barbecue it claims to have, but there was seating outside, and microwave etc inside. I took my own kettle and mug. Would stay there again if I wanted somewhere cheap with no frills.

4 day break to watch rugby world Cup matches. Cheap hotel, friendly service, shared bathroom facilities. 90euros for three people is incredible value for Marseille but out on a limb for city centre so car required and very tired decor.

Worked. Cheapest hotel I could find for a spur of the moment trip to marseille. Bus in the morning was close but at night it was a mile and some walk. Nice surrounding hills besides the industrial warehouses near by.

Basic hotel.

I stayed here for the Rugby World Cup thinking it was in Marseille, it is not, its in Septèmes-les-Vallons. I needed an Uber back and forth to the port of Marseille, which cost €25-€38 per trip. Receptionist was friendly although his English was limited, google translate was required. Room was very basic with a nice ensuite shower. If you have a car, this place is fine, however, without a car you would struggle.

The property is in the middle of nowhere. Transportation is over a 25 minute walk. Very inconvenient. You either have to have your own vehicle or catch a Uber/European equivalent. They will provide, but you have to ask for toilet paper, towels, etc.

Absolutely terrible. Room was so small had to put our suitcase (1) in the shower.No towels ,no soap ,toilet paper. Bedding was discussting,pillows were stuffed with pieces of foam,blanket had holes all over,unusable.The location is awful, no restaurants,stores with in 30 minutes from the property.Absolutely terrible place I'm a frequent traveler with Expedia, however after this experience i will reconsider future travel with Expedia. Deja l'hotel qui est presenté en photo n'est absolument pas celui qu'ont trouve une fois sur place ensuite une fois arrivée il y'avait que des gens bizzare des clandestins des toxicomane ils me regarder comme si j'étais un extraterrestre la dame de l'accueil qui me demande de payer alors que jai payer sur l'application, aucune serviettes dans les douches bref expériences catastrophique la pire vecu dans un hotel les client de cette hotel miteux vous mettent en danger vous n'êtes pas en sécurité a cause de leurs Clientèle douteuse en tous cas hotel a fuir

A EVITER. J'ai réservé une nuit dans cette espèce d'hébergement qui n'a rien d'un hôtel. Je suis arrivé et personne à l'accueil, personne qui répond au téléphone. Je croise de rares clients qui me disent qu'il n'y a personne la nuit. Résultat, je cherche dans les alentours mais tout est complet donc je finis par dormir dans ma voiture. Le lendemain, je me rends sur place et je suis cueilli par une dame d'une incompétence notoire dans tous les sens qui me dit qu'effectivement il n'y a personne la nuit et qu'il fallait que j'arrive en journée. Quant à ma demande de remboursement, elle est irrecevable. J'ai compris que je me suis fait arnaquer avec la complicité ou la naïveté du site Hotels.com. Hébergement non conforme et très dangereux en cas d'urgence de type incendie ou violence. Je vous conseille de ne pas y mettre les pieds pour votre bien-être et votre sécurité Dans mon cas, je vais demander des comptes à Hotels.com qui m'a envoyé dans ce traquenard. Bon séjour à toutes et à tous mais surtout pas dans cet hébergement.

J’ai une réservation dans cet hôtel’ j’arrive à 2h du matin et j’attend au portail avec ma femme jusqu’à 3h du matin sans réponses ni au téléphone c’est Inadmissible et inacceptable je n’ai jamais vu ça même pas de borne pour rentrer rien du tout ´FUYEZ CET HÔTEL ET SA RÉCEPTION INEXISTANTE
