Khách sạn Shepherdstown

"The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful, we had an issue with our toilet and somebody immediately came up and fixed it."

"Really welcoming and relaxing atmosphere."

"Very friendly staff. Easy check in. Comfy bed."

"Perfect for a one night stay"

"I am writing this review based on Room 3. We were very disappointed with the room for many reasons, so much so, we checked out after one night with no expectation of a credit for the unused night. The room and bath are very dated, the bathroom shower curtain is held up with PVC, the toiletries were minimal, the bed creaked with the slightest movement keeping both myself and spouse awake most of the night, the furniture is mismatched and dated, the freezer was frosted over, the coffee was an open...

"Cleaned room , very convenient"

"Booked a suite but day of they called and said only had a regular room available. Breakfast is decent, but hot options (eggs, sausage) only on weekends. Room isn’t cleaned every day, which is fine, but had to ask for washcloths and coffee (don’t have any). Room ok but peeling paint, generally dingy and needs upgraded. Cockroach in bathroom one night. Noisier than other hotels - from hallway. Door don’t seem to block much noise. Of approximately 10 hotels we have stayed in last 10 years,...

"The property appears to be older but they have been doing many updates. Fresh paint, flooring is new and the bathrooms recently remodeled. The bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Coffee and donuts in lobby for breakfast. Staff friendly. Safe and convenient location."

"Very clean and friendly stuff. Definitely recommend it!"

"Liked how clean it was"

"Check in was very fast and convenient. The room was well appointed, although on the small side. Very good parking. Breakfast was decent and the whole area was kept very clean. We enjoyed using the pool table."

"The place is absolutely beautiful. The setting is perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. Here are a few little things that would have made it a perfect experience. The breakfast on both days was original and interesting. However, it was supposed to be hot not like warm. Outside of our room by the water station was a tray of dirty cups that was there untouched for three days. It may seem petty but our bathroom had only a single roll of TP that was almost used up. The mentioned complementary...
