"Room was MUCH smaller than expected - looked like a cell, unfinished ceiling, with exposed concrete, with visible moisture traces. No table to put a laptop on (or anything else for that matter). No place to store clothes, just a few hangers to use on a wall-mounted rack. If you had to bring bigger pieces of luggage into the room, it would have been a challenge to navigate around them. The airport shuttle to FRA airport is only going to Terminals 1 and 2 (the latter being actually closed!)....

"The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. I’m not giving the hotel a perfect score because there were no directions on how to find/located the shuttle services from the airport to the hotel. We landed at terminal 3 and were unable to find the pick up spot so we had no choice but to take a taxi which cost is 40 euros. Once we arrived at the hotel we were informed that the shuttle only leaves from terminal 1 but there is tram that goes from terminal to terminal. This should be mentioned."

"Das Zimmer war neu saniert und sehr sauber. Super Lage - im Süden - Nachteil sehr warm und keine Klimaanlage - daher etwas hot in der Nacht.
Kostenlose Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden, was mit der Buchungsgrund war und auch das kostenlose Frühstück, welches jetzt nicht so erwähnenswert ist, aber für mich war es ausreichend, um in den Tag zu starten. Alles in Allem würde ich es für eine Nacht wieder buchen."

"The hotel was clean, the staff especially at the restaurant and bar are amazing. Breakfast spread was something to talk about- the spread was really something never seen in other restaurants.
On the down side, getting to this hotel proved to be a nightmare! Too close for the airport cabs, not easily accessible by train, and too far to walk with your luggage and suitcases. And the hotel does not have an airport drop off or pick up transportation.
