"My family members all had reservations at the Best Western, but I had always chosen the Holiday Inn. When I checked in, the staff member was not helpful, and she looked like she was wearing sweatpants and a sweater. When we got to the room, the AC was off, and when we attempted to turn it on, it kept tripping off. When she finally came down, she attempted it and nothing. I asked if they had any other rooms, and she said no and offered no sorry or other solutions. I was then left scrambling to find another room at 930 pm. All she said was that she texted her manager, and I was left to call Expedia the next morning for a refund, as I had not heard anything. I also heard another customer complain about the lack of breakfast, and the staff said she was the only one there for 12 hours, as if that were an excuse for poor service. From now on I will think twice."
