整潔的好飯店,有接駁車到道後溫泉站,因為在山上,所以去伊佐爾波神社不用爬樓梯,直接從停車場過去就好了!哈 餐點豐富,酒精飲料喝到飽,空間寬敞,是個舒服的好地方

近くの観光地に歩いて行くのは、坂の上にホテルがあるため不便さはあります。 しかし、部屋なども清潔に保たれているし、スタッフも親切でした。朝食バイキングにも満足です。

大江戸温泉は可愛い浴衣来て施設内を楽しめるイメージでしたが地味なパッとしない浴衣で外に出ていけるレベルではなくて残念でした。料理も沢山あるよりも健康的で味わい深い美味しさ重視の物じゃないとまた行こうとは思えないです。部屋も隅々までしっかり掃除出来てない感じで残念でした。 温泉とマッサージ機、カラオケで漫喫出来て楽しかったのでリピーターになれるよう改善を期待したいです。

施設は全てにおいてとても綺麗で満足しました。部屋の作りも温泉も良かったです。他と比べて残念な点は車のロータリーがないから荷物を降ろしたり駐車場が狭い遠いのが欠点かな。あと、スタッフの出迎えはないのと、ウェルカムサービスがないのが寂しかったです。 家族連れが多い宿なので、子供がいる人はお勧めです。

部屋に虫がおり小さい黒い羽虫を三匹退治した。子供のスプーンやフォークが使い捨てのプリンを食べるようなものしかなく、味も品数もいまいち。道後温泉までの送迎バスの時間も合わず、暑い中徒歩で往復になった。今までで一番最低の旅館だったと家族から言われがっかり。しかし、フロントの説明や対応は良かったです。

駅から少し離れた高台にあるため、少し不便さを感じるかもしれませんが、無料のホテルバスもあるため、そこはカバーしてくれてます。 施設の古さはありますが、気になるほどではありません。 食事も種類も多く美味しくいただきましたが、もう少し何か一つスペシャル感があってもいいかな、と思いました。

東京からこちらで3泊させて頂きました。愉快リゾートグループは初めての利用でした。伊藤園ホテルグループと同じ内容かなとイメージしていましたが、伊藤園ホテルグループとは食事内容も違い、バイキングは満足しております。手作り感のある料理が多く感じました。一つ意見としては大浴場は一日交代で女性用と場所を入れ替えると良かったと思います。

部屋から見える松山の街並みはすごく綺麗でした。スタッフの対応も良くすごく満足できました。 一点だけ、コンセント用のプラグがもう少し多く有れば良いなと感じました。

満足です

少し建物は古いかもしれませんが、味があるとも言えます。清潔にされているので個人的には気になりません。仕事のせいで遅くの到着になってしまったのですが、バイキングの夕食をお弁当のようにしてくれてきて、フロントの方などの心遣いが最高に嬉しかったです。露天風呂は広くてとても気持ちがよかったです。他の老舗旅館に泊まったこともあるのですが、個人的にはこちらのお風呂の方がよかったです。 朝食もとても美味しくついつい食べ過ぎました。次回は夕食もちゃんと食べられるように生きたいと思います。

ホスピタリティのあるホテル

道後温泉からも近く、非常に便利でした。 また、チェックインが遅くなったにもかかわらず、夕食のご準備にも大変気を使って頂いて、温かいホスピタリティに感謝しております。 アミューズメントも多く家族づれの方には最適かと思います。
