"Hotel was locked when we arrived(10pm) and no one was there when we checked out. A memo said “please leave a key”. The hotel was clean but extremely under staffed. I only saw two workers. For the amount of money they charged me, I don’t want to go back:("
"A fairly standard business hotel — perfectly serviceable but showing its age a bit. The room and facilities felt older, and cleanliness could have been a little better. Staff were friendly and polite, and the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with some great dining options close by. Overall fine for a short stay, but could use a bit of freshening up."
"Great location , relatively clean (under the bed needs vacuuming- lots of dust), we’ll air conditioned, very good ammenities. Overall 8.8/10. Would recommend the hotel to stay at."
"The staff at the hotel were excellent in their professionalism and helpfulness. The facilities were as you’d expect in a budget hotel, providing pyjamas, hair brush, toothbrush and toothpaste, towels, razor, cotton buds, hairdryer etc. The beds were very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel. The only negative is that the decor is dated, but that can add a little something extra to your stay to be honest. Our room, 318, had a great view of Mt Fuji."
