The staff was excellent. Chirag who is the runs tbe hotel ensured we are comfortable. Other staff Roopesh, Nitin and the chef who made us the food were very helpful. They stay connected through whatsapp. This was greatly helpful. Specially if you need any help from the staff while you are sightseeing. The check in process and keys to room and property were digiized and was unique and convenient. Thanks Sonne staff for making our stay comfortable

We really liked the location because there was a bus stop right outside that had the hotel as a listed stop. The bus took us to whatever train station we needed. There was a Coop 3 minutes away walking. It was a quiet area with pretty views. The staff were all very lovely and helpful! Our flight was delayed and they walked us through how to get to the hotel. They also gave us a lot of tourist information and answered all our questions thoroughly. Genuinely friendly people that made our experience better!

No AC, too warm in the summer especially on the west side. When opening the window for cooling air, mosquitoes came in and tortured us the whole night. No screen window, no pest repellent provided. Convenient location, multiple bus lines connecting to city center and train stations. Small parking lot, you may want to arrive early to get a spot during busy days.

Ok but not great

The room is large, but it doesn’t have air conditioning. It got really hot and it’s hard to sleep. The shower is very small. The estimated city tax is 10 CHF more than what hotels.com told us. It’s an Ok stay, but not great. There are probably better choices in the area.

Preis nicht wert

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr klein und auch nicht sauber. Durch die direkte Lage an der Hauptstrasse, war es sehr laut. Die Infrastruktur der Zimmer müsste überdenkt werden, vor allem zu diesem Preis. Das Frühstück war bescheiden, ansonsten ok. Der Preis ist zu Hoch für das was geboten wird.
