I paid for a room with a pole there was no pole when I pulled up to my room people were leaving out the bathroom door was broken the shower was dirty and the jacuzzi didn’t work well

I didnt even go in. They offer hourly rates so if course there is shady people standing around. I never saw the rooms except for when 2 young ladies and s young dude came out of one room and from what i could see it looked old and ran down. The office was filthy so i just left and went to a real hotel.

I was only given one wash and dry cloth. The bed only had one pillow and there wasn’t a trash can or soap in the room. Not only that but I looked at the foot of the bed inside the platform and found a lot of dirt and a filthy sock. The sheets and comforter had multiple holes in them.

It may have been good in its day but is terribly run down. No lightbulb in the lamp. No shower curtain, and when l did get one the woman handed me a wet one and walked away without hanging it. One postage stamp size soap and a hand towel is all l got. Paint chipping everywhere. I could go on and on, but you get the idea.

Worst experience ever

This was a completely terrible experience. When we first entered the room it was filthy dirty the bathroom shower was broken also the blinds in the bathroom was broken the toilet was dirty. The spa tub did not work and was also dirty when I try to complain to the front office they simply told me they would give me a $50 coupon for the next visit. I contacted the front office the next day after leaving and they told me it was basically not their problem. My credit card was also charged twice for the fee. And the manager in the front office called me a liar when I informed him of this mistake they made. I ask for my money back and was hung up on. I guess this is their quality of service if I could give a -10 I would.
I assume this is the desk that they advertised, Which also had no working hot water.

Lost cause

It was the worst experience ever it was like I was in a trap house but it was a motel the room had mold in it really bad in the restroom bathroom black mold on the doors it was red stuff in the shower like somebody just got killed and they didn't clean up all the blood.. the water pressure was bad the hotel key didn't work so the staff had to come up and open the door for me each and every time the blinds were terrible you can see right through them. This is only good for a 4 hour holla with a side piece. Oh and let me not forget somebody tried to climb through the window while I was there.. it's not a safe spot so I suggest if you're a woman do not want to know circumstances go by yourself if you're a man you can go ahead and do it if you just trying to get some quick rest or a nap of some sort but I'll take some sanitize and everything else to clean the room yourself if you going to take the initiative to do that but I suggest that you don't this place need to be shut down and or remodeled completely from head to toe

Never Again

The first room they place me had a whole in the wall. The kitchen looking chair had a big stain on it. The second room was better then the first; however it had no dome cover over the lighting. The bedspread had cigarette burnt holes in it and no waste basket.

This place/ hotel Should not be on your site It is a nightmare Literally the worst I’ve ever seen I couldn’t leave once I was there because I had driven most of the day And was very tired The shower curtain had been ripped off as well as the toilet paper roll The bed had 2 disgusting pillows The bed had plastic The fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on And your skin would end up on the plastic !!!!
