"Found out on arrival that the building was under construction. We could not use our balcony. Beautiful room with a beautiful view but without the balcony, we couldn’t even get a breeze!"

"When you walk in the building smells stale, the hallway smells of weed & dirty clothes, on the room the floors were super sticky water was everywhere on the nightstand & sink etc as if it rained in the room, dogs barks loudly a pit bull ran out of a room while I was waiting for elevator I would never stay here again!!! "Everything is false advertising. It's a complete dump, no fridge, no microwave, no clean anything, the towels were stained and not even white, the room wreaked of cigarettes especially the bed, the lock was broken, the whole bathroom covered in mold and the wall falling off and wholes in it. Most disgusting place I've ever been. If I could give it a negative 10 I would. The place should be condemned. "
