"Check in was horrible because the person was not trained well in using the computer system took almost 45min as there were 3 people in front of me checking in at 8pm. . Room was clean but only had enough toilet paper for one time use despite there being 2 spots for toilet paper. Front desk was able to get us some right away. Checkout in the morning was none existent at 7am.! Rang the bell on the counter, called the phone twice and yelled “Is anyone around”. Waited 15min before just setting key cards down and leaving. Seems like they need to do a better job at staffing and training their team properly."

"Under construction with loud banging in the AM. Very humid in the room itself like the building wasn't being properly airconditioned. Im the room, there was a strange/moldy odor. Some of the staff were helpful, and let us switch rooms. The room cleaner found our tablet and made sure we got it back after switching rooms which was a life saver. One of the breakfast staff members was unprofessional and clearly just wanted to talk on her phone and was annoyed by the presence of guests. I get the stress but try to take that into the back room. There is a water bottle refill station which is nice The rooms themselves are clean. Stairs need help. There is always coffee and hot water in the foyer which is awesome."

"When we drove up the property looked so bad we didn’t bother to check in. My wife read a review stating bed bugs were found on the property. We decided to eat the cost of the room and checked into a hotel across the street that was well maintained and clean. We have stayed in Choice hotels in the past, none looked like this one. It is disappointing that Choices quality has slipped to this level."
