"We were disappointed with the condition of the room we stayed in. The furniture had distress marks and looked worn while the bed was very average. Also, the bathroom did not have a fan. Their lobby was nice which is not representative of the rooms."

"We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night the waterpark was completely full of people which we expected. However we were disappointed that not a single chair or table was available for us to set our towels on due to the amount of people in the park. Alcohol prices are very high and I cannot recommend drinking at this location. Our hotel room (2 bedroom suite) was excellent. It had a gas fireplace which was fantastic to sit by as we watched it snow out from the window. There is a Walmart less than a mile from the hotel that we took advantage of during our stay. "

"Gym was tiny. Parking was fine. Staff barely spoke English. Buffet was average. Parking was fine. Room smelled horribly of a cleaner or something. Felt like they were overcompensating for a cover up. Will not stay again."

"The bed was not supportive. I slept on the couch the first night. The second night I decided to try across the foot of the bed. That worked for the night. The shower liner had mold from where it folded together and hasn't dried out. There's a water spot on the ceiling, which means there's a leak, or an old leak was not repaired properly. There is moisture, possibly mold, growing there. I have not had this experience the previous 2 years I've stayed here for the event I was attending. But my stay this time was not what it should have been for the price that was paid for the room."
