"Came for Derby and paid a very high price for this place, ($600/night!) Way overpriced for the quality of hotel. If you want to sleep in the middle of a freeway and listen to it all night, this is your place. Also, the in room amenities are non-existent. There is a little coffee maker but they give you paper cups and only one pre-filled coffee filter per day! We will not be coming back."

"Everything was ok outside of the sewer smell coming from the bathroom all day… It’s also an older hotel so you hear every noise. "

"This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Do not judge a book by its cover. They are doing renovation in the area around the hotel. Once you find the small entryway you will see a beautiful hotel. Inside is wonderful. Staff was kind and on top of everything you wanted. Bar in lobby. Food on premises or within walking distance. Grocery store a 1/2 block. We would stay there again. Very clean and quiet rooms. "

"The room was large and had plenty of room however it wasn’t very clean the pull out couch had something gross on the blankets so we used a clean sheet to cover it and I got a blanket out of my car. There was hair in the bathroom from someone else and the bathroom door had serious water damage (also only 3 towels for 5 people). The pool area had no dry towels but there were dirty wet ones all over the place in there. The front desk was pretty good. He was not the quickest person but overall did a...
