"Myself and my partner stayed for x2 nights earlier this week in room 208. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Good size rooms with living room area with plenty of room. Free WiFi okay but wasn’t great. Food was good reasonable price. Rooms were clean but we did find x2 large bottles of Gin stashed behind the living room sofa on our departure, that wasn’t ours. Overall we both enjoyed our stay relaxing in their lovely pool area. "

"First of all i would not trust the reviews on here. Staff friendly.lift small and very slow. Room needs updating paint peeling in certain areas. 7cm brown stain on carpet .buikding showing its age.could do with a total revamp. Breakfast basic for the money. Recomend eat elsewhere. Evening menu not exstensive . There was also an altercation in hallway security were calked on more than one occasion. In my opinion its a budget hotel and the 10/10 reviews are not to be trusted."

"I loved Liverpool POD!!!!!!!! That was my first time in a dormitory and was very well surprised with their good prices as well!! It's small but it's based in a area that is not noisy like the city centre, so 100% I'll be back there every time I need to come in UK!! Thanks to TIM the owner who was super kind!!"

"I booked a low value room, so really got what I expected. Had hot water a bed and parking. I only stayed one night leaving early the next morning so fine for what I needed. Had issue with TV remote which staff sorted quickly. "

"Clean property and very close to Anfield stadium. Excellent clear communication from owner prior to trip. Unfortunately the sofa bed was dreadfully uncomfortable with hard parts of the underneath sticking through causing a poor nights sleep. Even though there were only 3 of us I should have asked if we could have had the extra sofa bed made up so 2 males didn’t need to sleep in double together - I should have realised."

"Booked the Accommodation a few weeks ago in Liverpool, rang them a week or so ago, eventually got someone, I asked how do we access the property, we will contact you around 24 hours before you arrive, nothing, then 2 hours before going to the property, a text message we have overbooked you now have to go to a property in Wallasey which is miles away over the Mersey. We have seen recent reviews of the Liverpool property it sounded scary, we weren't going to travel miles and extra trabel cost to what could have been a dump. It was also inconvenient to why we were in Liverpool, and would have added hours to our journey. Beware "

"I had a very disappointing experience with this booking. The apartment was in poor condition, felt uninhabitable, and did not match the description or photos on the listing. Basic standards of cleanliness and safety were not met, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. This experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend it. I am still awaiting a fair resolution and refund"
