"Good comfortable bed and spacious room/suite. Staff friendly and tried to be helpful. Not so good, allocated wrong room type, corrected when raised with the hotel. Correct room had very obvious damage which no attempt had been made to repair, when raised was told no other rooms available with an apology."

"Where do I start. Location is so perfect. It’s right beside Anfield, and a 20-min bus ride to the city centre. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, they have a pub downstairs, and the LFC murals are just so close by. The most important part was their staff. It’s a family-run inn, and everyone made me feel like I’m part of their family. "Perfect stay in a central location close to everything you could need! Beds were super comfy. Check in slightly confusing but overall a lovely stay!"

"I travel to Liverpool every month and stay in this hotel regularly. It’s normally fine but my meal last night in the restaurant was one of the worst i have ever experienced. I decided to treat myself to a ribeye steak. It costs £48 so definitely was a treat. It was dreadful. Horrifically over cooked, so much so that I sent it back which I never do. The waiter agreed that it was badly cooked. Took them 20 mins to cook another steak which was even worse than the original one. Over-cooked and...
