"My reservation was canceled due to an error in credit card even though I was supposed to pay at the property. Thankfully they had another room available. Once there our stay was wonderful. However, in the morning of departure I got a text saying there was a charge to my card that was my original payment so I had to cancel that card and now I have to wait for a new bank card to be mailed so all in all this was a very frustrating experience."

Wow it was so clean and friendly, great breakfast which was HUGE for us saving money on our road trip. Wished I had stayed at this one both times I was in Scranton. 10/10 to the staff and the hotel in general."

"The room was very clean and comfortable but there were some things that did not sit right with me during my stay. When checking in I was standing outside for a good 30 mins and had to call the front desk so the person in the back room ran out to their table to check me in. During my stay, when I had my room cleaned, the cleaning people threw out some of my shoe boxes that weren't even in the trash, just sitting in the closet with my other shoes, when I came to the front desk to ask about it all...
