"didn't get room requested due to "WHAT ?" - I'm a disabled VET and identified myself as so when i checked in . I have issues sleeping. requested upper room away from noise and pets odors and dander due to issues. However, was booked in room on 2nd floor in front of the atrium area noise and waffle irons beeping people talking each morning awaking us. I had requested accommodations at front desk at check in as I had when booking and desk attendant was aware of request during check in... Actions by employees like we experienced are not good for business and Wydham should function at a higher level than experienced.... also, when checking out this korning I did not get a receipt.... Need to know no extra charger were added... Thanks...."

"This hotel is adequate and seemed clean. There was minor damage but the room was useable. I would not recommend staying here as they have rooms located next to the elevator. The hallway noise was so loud even past 2 am. Our bed may as well have been located in the lobby. They charge 8 dollars per day for parking. It’s not a huge cost but feels like nickle and dining for a suburban parking lot. When we checked in, we were told that we have 30 dollar food and beverage credit per day. Upon check out, the credit wasn’t applied. When I called, the staff told me that the credit didn’t apply due to how I booked. This misleading information was frustrating since we ate at the hotel with the credit in mind."

"Overall, our stay was fine. The room was clean and comfortable and the rate was good. However, I gave the lower rating for the Breakfast, which is very poorly managed. Everything was allowed to completely run out before it was replinished...food, juice, milk, etc. People were standing around waiting for food, and given it was a full hotel, the quantities required should have been anticipated. And the room was not kept cleaned up, with tables left dirty. There is also no trash can by the waffle irons to put the batter cups in so most people just leave the used ones on the counter. If we stay there again, we may choose to eat breakfast elsewhere to avoid a similar situation. The management of the Breakfast, in our opinion, was unacceptable and avoidable."

"Clean, spacious room. Terrific, free continental breakfast each morning. Pool and hot tub was a nice added bonus. Very friendly housekeeper staff. Pleasant weekend getaway experience."

"Well, the state at Doubletree was very nice. There are some updates that are needed. There are some broken chairs out by the pool and the complementary cookies out of the oven did not taste that great. They are a very generous thought. Just not very tasty."
