"Upon checking in, the front staff were too busy socializing with guests at the bar to notice we were waiting to check in.
The property is in terrible condition, but is currently being remodeled. The carpet in our room was threadbare, frayed and very dirty.
The paint in the bathroom was chipping off the walks. The tile on the bathroom floor needs replacing.

Breakfast was great, pool was open, location was fabulous for Mall of America (it’s even walkable!), affordable, and the reviews matched our experience. We did have a couple dirty towels, but the front staff brought up clean ones right away. It’s a little dated inside but that’s expected."
